"The Human Form", Solo Exhibition

Beginning April 1st 2019 through July 2nd 2020, local Key Biscayne artist Claudia de Ledebur will have on display 6 riveting new sculptures at the Lennar Foundation Medical Center in Coral Gables. It will be a powerful exhibition, highlighting the abstraction of the human figure through the lens of a local artist. 

An accomplished oil painter, Claudia de Ledebur has never stopped experimenting artistically, pursuing new disciplines and forms of expression. In sculpting, she discovered a great interest in volumes and planes, while embracing the personal relationship a viewer can have with a 3 dimensional work of art.  Every element in Claudia’s composition emerges through her love and fascination of the human form.

At the exhibition, this unique collection of sculptures will be on display in terracotta, patinated terracotta and bronze, all of which highlight the sure and powerful hand of an artist in pursuit of limitless freedom and expression.
